Customer Satisfaction Review:

The main challenge which any fan equipped electric heater owner must face is the fact that they tend to be quite loud by design. It is quite hard to assess the magnitudes of the problem in a noisy mall or a market because of the background noise, but trust me it will make a huge difference on a quiet evening. Most portable ceramic heaters fails to deliver quiet operation. Not this 755320 Ceramic Tower Heater tho. Even buyers owning multiple portable electric heaters reviewed this appliance to be one of the quietest. Even after daily regular use through a season.

The thermostat seemed reasonably accurate, setting it to a given degree and turning the Lasko ceramic heater on and in few minutes the other thermometers in the room were showing the chosen temperature (few degrees plus or minus usually) also. In this setting the heater keeps turning itself on and off in intervals to maintain the desired temperature while still remaining energy efficient.

The oscillation feature is helping to spread the warm air in the room in a more even manner, unlike the non-oscillating ceramic heaters which heat the air up only in front of the appliance.

The remote control received some complaints about not having a display on it, it is needed to check the settings at the top of the heater which defeats the purpose for the remote controller lots of the times. The obvious reason for this kind of design is cost saving and would make the heater more expensive. Compromises needed to be made.

Another annoyance reported by some of the buyers of this portable electric heater from Lasko is the beep which is sound every time a setting is changed. A mute button would be a good solution this way every user could be pleased, the people who prefer to have the audio feedback if a new setting is in effect and those who don’t.

But apart from these minor glitches and subjective criticism, overall the buyers who reviewed this Lasko 755320 Ceramic Tower heater were satisfied with the product and would buy it again.
